Communication Kim reminded us that when we
are communicating things that relate to emotions or opinions,
we should make a call to the people involved so things are not
misinterpreted. We
need to move together toward our common mission.

New Board Member Lisa Coffman resigned from
her position on the board, opening a spot.
Jenny Chalupka was nominated by Kim and unanimously
approved as a new board member.

Round Raffle Josette is going to re-check on the
rules about it. Kim
is sending Josette a copy of the Horizon Year-Round
Raffle Tickets.

Calendars Kim needs old pictures from camp before
the next meeting so she can start putting together the
calendars.

Camp Sponsorship camp costs $52/day/person
- Stone
Creek Coffee Sale We can do this fundraiser any
time we want. The
coffee is sold to us at $7/pound and we are able to
sell it for $12/pound, making $5 per bag we sell.
Along with coffee, there is hot chocolate that
can also be sold with the coffee.

Gregg sent out letters last week Monday, and
were waiting to hear back.
Josette suggested we look into the Birch
Foundation.

Free-throw Challenge on Wednesday April 8th
Erica received information on this and explained to that
group that we can form a team of up to four players, shoot
free-throws, and win prizes for WALH that can be auctioned
off at another event.

is Saturday, June 6th at Serb Hall
- Next
Spring Dance Committee Meeting: before the next board
meeting.

donations for the silent auction.

is meeting with someone from the bank about doing credit
cards

Whitmore is going to do the music for the event.

suggested we look into insurance for people who are
under 21 being at the dance.

Julie suggested that we do press releases and she has a
list of contacts to release information to that might
publish our press-releases.

adding a PayPal account to our website so people can make
donations through the webpage

Scott and Linda are
going to contact the Corvette Club and paintball people to see
if they will be coming to camp this year.

Erica found a professional for group picture.

From now on, we will call the president if we have
information we think the whole group should know and it
will be communicated to everyone else from there.
