of May 9th Meeting Minutes – Biff moved to accept, Gregg
seconded, unanimous approval.

Report – Net worth $55,936.80.
Revenue: $8,950.0, Expense: 2,734.61. Scott moved to approve, Erica seconded, unanimously
approved.

Fundraising Opportunities
-Gift Bricks Update – Biff is working with Dale
Palkowski and wondering what kind of reimbursement we would be
able to do for mileage. Also
need to buy sand and spacer-bricks to make the project work.
Biff is making a sponsorship form, e-mailing it to Kim
and she will proof and print it.
-WALH Calendars – No one brought pictures to the
meeting.
-Stone Creek Coffee Sale (Kick off at fall camp)
-Foundations: no new sponsorships
- Year Round Raffle (TABLED until after camp)

-Student

-Flier to Post – Kim posted a whole bunch of flyers.
-Need about five more male and five more female
volunteers.

-MDA Support Group: low turn-out.
-MDA Walk with the Animals & Camp visit report: got
some campers and volunteers at walk with the animals.
-Morning Blend: never got a response.
